ACD ERASMUS +
“Career Guidance from an Early Age. An introspective methodology to connect students with their future.”
On May 23rd, an inspiring Short-Term Training Action (ACD) dedicated to the topic of Career
Guidance took place in Serpa, led by trainers Rui Grilo, Américo Jones, and Cristina Eusébio. This Workshop was part of the Erasmus+ project 2024-1-PT01-KA220-SCH-000244779— “Career Guidance from an Early Age. An introspective methodology to connect students with their future.”
The event brought together several teachers from “Agrupamento de Escolas Francisco Simões” in relaxed and collaborative environment, where the various career paths available to students were discussed.
During the session, the importance of teachers, parents/guardians, and students being well-informed about the many options for the future became clear. Only in this way can we truly guide and support our students in their academic and professional decisions.
The feedback was extremely positive: all participants left feeling more enlightened and motivated to help students navigate their paths. We also reinforced a fundamental certainty: happier teachers make happier students!
Thank you to everyone involved for making this moment possible and so enriching.
Together, we continue striving to build a more informed, inclusive, and future-ready school!
